Personally - I think it's a big waste of time for everyone. Which is probably why the media wasn't giving it much press coverage, eh?

I like the idea, the only thing I dislike is Anonymous which is hard to gauge where they are coming from, especially the mixed message of a logo of a terrorist(a failed on nonetheless) VS the call for nonviolence. I think their PR and videos also falls into an old trap of not being appealing for older people/religious people/conservatives who are just as upset and disrupts the potential for multiple generations of Americans to be attracted to this show of opposition to the direction we are headed.
I think many people agree with the protest due to the lack of Obama even using the Bully Pulpit let alone doing anything different than a 3rd term of Bushs outside his public appearance and rhetoric.

When has it been right that they take away our first amendment right which is the right to freedom of speech, without getting pepper sprayed in the face. Our own government goes against itself. It is kind of funny. The government was supposed to originally protect it's people, but now it is slowly killing itself by not only becoming a police state, but also cherishing their personal desires over We The People. A big game of monopoly where our government has all the corporations to do it's bidding.
Seems like protests call out that their king (government) isn't valuable anymore, so since our government has thrown down its crown, We The People, Pick it up and rejoice that we are Victorious as people under one. United We Stand, Together we Fall.

These people are just silly hippies.I'm waiting for the real revolution when the guillotines are set up and the severed heads of the pin stripe bandits cover Wall Street from end to end.

I personally feel disgusted but not surprised that the media hasn't touched it. What we are seeing on Wall Street is completely justified, and a sign of more things to come in the next year as this country and the world slides into further economic and social decline. If their greivances are not addressed, I welcome and hope for riots next like in the rest of the world as that is the only way things will change.

It has been getting more and more attention because the UK media has been covering it extensively. The American media is starting to pick it up, but with a more skeptical and cynical approach. They would considering they have financial interests in the status quo. The protests are actually growing in size despite reports and just got a major indorcesment. The NYC Transit Union has decided to through their weight behind the protester and will be joining them in the next couple of days. The Union has almost 30,000 members alone. Things are going to get interesting.
