He did look good at times against the Cowboys and In pre-season he looked good. I think he is more of a pocket passer than Romo. He has a cannon for an arm, I would like to see another game but I would almost say He is better than Cutler.

Matt Moore is looking d*mn good for the Panthers, Delhomey looks like he is going to have a real challenge (and wont win) for the starting job. The Cowboys cut him to try and sign him back to practice squad and the Panthers got him quick, unfortunately.
Moore seems like he is a reliable qb, I tihnk he could be effective in system where he is not asked to do to much, I actually think baltimore would be a good fit
Matt's done a good job with the hand dealt to him, but he's got a lot to prove before being compared to Romo.
