I do not trust Obama. Therefore, I am skeptical that Van Jones's influence has left the building.
Dolunay
Obama will pay him under the table and so all his income will continue to be tax free. Of course that is a requirement for anyone within the Obama administration anyway.

Fox Nation Invents Smear That Van Jones "Threaten[ed] Violence"
It's no surprise that Fox News isn't fan of former Obama green jobs adviser Van Jones. The network made it a full-time job to discredit Jones during and after his tenure in the White House -- to the point where Jones' lawyer sent Fox a cease-and-desist ...

Why #OccupyWallStreet May Be Progressive Turning Point
Last night, Van Jones said yes. "I think everybody should hold on to your seats. October is going to be the turning point when it comes to the progressive fight back," Jones said. From the Keystone XL protest led by Bill McKibben, 350 and the Tar Sands ...

I agree with you 100%. I don't trust nobama either, he is not honest. Also, take a look at the other 36 czars, they're leftist crazies just like Jones.
Hopefully you will have no assurance at all.
None, be afraid, hide under your bed until we tell you it is safe to come out.
jones is too important for barry to disregard. Which translated means too Communist and radical.
we don't know for sure, but i wouldn't be surprised at all if they still talk.
We have to continue to be vigilent
there is a plan in motion, to 'fundamentally change 'the US
We have no assurance. In fact, I would bet he will talk openly and freely to BO whenever he feels like it. The problem is (for BO) that the public is now on a quest to find out all about his 36 Czars. There are some even worse than Van Jones (Google John Holdren - Science and Technology Czar). The people that have already woken up from their Obama coma are going to FORCE the remaining sheep to wake up and smell the coffee!!!! Choose a side America - Freedom or Socialism!
Van Jones' resignation will have no effect on his influence with the president. Obama can still get advice from him. The resignation was a political ploy to get Jones off the news cycle.
All presidents get advice from people we have never heard of. They do not need to be in an administration post. Business leaders, union leaders, academicians, pop culture celebrities, etc., can influence the president.
Good point. I've been wondering that too.
Trust is earned and I don't trust the pathetic, arrogant, clueless LIAR! (I don't trust Jones either.)
What makes you think you deserve any assurances whatsoever? Who are you? What are you? A Republican? Dear God boy don't you realize that nobody even listens to you guys anymore?
I wouldn't worry only about Van Jones when you have a Prez like Obama. Obama & his "ho" Michelle, Jones, Wright, Ayers, the czars, and all the rest of the commie sh!theads Obama associates with are ALL exactly the same and they should all burn in hell. Obama's administration is actually making Bush and his people look good and I didn't think that was possible!
Hey,we're better off now than we were. At least he no longer has a seat at the table. He can only whisper in BO's ear in passing.
To the lib who says no one listens to conservatives any more. You think Jones was forced to resign because of all the liberal outrage? Wake up baby!
One thing about this country. If you try to push it extremely left or right, the people will make their voice heard. We might be dumb and lazy, but we're not as ignorant and apathetic as they think!
Just because he's no longer a communist czar doesn't mean anything. He's still a member of the club. See what happens when we elect these types of people? Do you see now, people? To paraphrase the Bible........it says that you'll know the true person by the fruits they bear. In this case, our president is bearing his czars.....this particular one (van jones) is a convicted felon, among other things. We now know Obama's true colors. He's an arrogant communist/marxist. And to top that off, he hasn't got a clue how to manage his way out of a paper box, let alone manage our country. I will not give the guy the respect of even calling him "president". He's just obama.
I do not think Obama could be swayed by one persons voice. He has had one on ones with plenty of Right Wing Nuts and you don't see him listening. Besides who cares if he listends to Van Jones, the guy may have some great ideas. Even a Con has a great idea from time to time. It is a rare thing but is happens. Should he stop listening to everyone he does not agree with or think like? That would be stupid or kind of like what Conservatives do.
