I haven't actually seen the show but I have heard of it.
I think it's a reality TV show where one man is married to several women who are all sisters. They all live in the same house together and he has children with every single one of the women.
It's a show about a fundamentalist Mormon man and his family. He has one legal wife and several other "wives" who he married in a church ceremony, but are not recognized by the state as his wives. The women call each other sister-wives.
