Conrad Murray, who is still being investigated in connection with Michael Jackson's death will be back at work tomorrow. Should he be allowed to go back to work while still under investigation?

Whatever information they have on the case that allowed him to return to work isn't going to be open to the public. Stop swearing, cussing, and typing in caps. Michael Jackson is dead. Thumb me down for being honest.

If a physician under investigation for malpractice is allowed to return to practice, that is a gross act of neglect and irresponsibility.
But I'm not surprised. The medical profession has gone to hell in a handbasket these days...
